Feb 2004, NIFT Mumbai Campus placements – all dressed in crisp formals awaited to be placed as a designer all for my love of art and fashion but fate had something else in mind…. All I got to hear was “A gold medalist in Economics and we will take her as a designer! what a waste” I soon realized I was seen as a package of all my skills and started concentrating on back office marketing jobs and was soon selected as the brand promoter of a High Fashion Brand and thus my journey into the world of Brand Management began…..

  • Conducted the Fashion Show for Zeal Apparels for CMAI.
  • Catalogue development at Zeal Apparels at one third cost as compared to previous year.
  • Conducted Fashion Illustration workshop for Satyam Fashion Institute Noida at Indian Habitat Centre Delhi.
  • Conducted  Marketing  topic  of  International  Retailing  along  with  Mr. Pradeep Katyal  then CEO  of  Utsav  Fashion.
  • Through the O.J.T. (on the job training) program of  BIMTECH  placed 180 students in the retail sector for training.
  • Placement of students in companies like Fab India, Reliance Trends, Titan, Vinculum, Shoppers Stop,  Naturals Salon,  Big Bazzar,  Jindal Iron  and  steel  etc.
